SALEEN S7 DAY 2: FROM SINGLE TO GETTING TWINS
WHEN THE SALEEN DEBUT IT MADE WAVES FOR UPCOMING AMERICAN SUPERCARS. THIS WAS SOMETHING NEW FROM THE PRIVATE TUNER, A HAND BUILT MACHINE THAT WASN’T DERIVED FROM A FORD OR CHEVY MODEL. IT GOES TO SHOW HOW A DREAM CAN BE REALIZED, WITH HARD WORK.

WHEN FIRST RELEASED THIS MEGA BEAST BOASTED 550 HP and 525 ft/lbs TORQUE. THE ENGINE WAS BASED ON THE 7.0L V8 FORD 427 ENGINE TOPPING OUT AT 220 MPH AND 0-60 SPECS IN THE RANGE OF 3.3 SECONDS.
WELL I GUESS THAT WASN’T ENOUGH OF A THRILL, ESPECIALLY WITH THE FERRARI ENZO AND OTHER EUROPEAN SUPERCARS FOLLOWING THE PURSUIT OF POWER AND PERFORMANCE. SO IN 2005 SALEEN UPDATED THE S7 WITH A TWIN TURBO SYSTEM AS WELL AS OTHER PARTS OF THE S7; HOWEVER OUR ONLY CONCERN IS THE ENGINE FOR NOW. THE S7 NOW BOASTED 750 BHP WITH 700 FT/LBS OF TORQUE, THIS TOOK THE CAR TO AN INCREDIBLE 248 MPH AND 0-60 IN ~3.1’s.
WHAT DOES THE FUTURE HOLD FOR THE NEXT MONSTER TO COME FROM THIS COMPANY THAT HAS BEEN VERY QUIET ON THE BIG PROJECT!?

PERFECTION……WAS ALMOST THERE
NISMO 350Z MODEL REACHED PERFECTION FOR THE Z33 MODEL. IN JAPAN IT WAS TAKEN FURTHER WITH THE 380RS MODEL. HOWEVER MOST WOULD AGREE THE ONE PART THAT WAS THE MAJOR MISSING LINK WAS THE INTERIOR.
THE CAR HAD THE LOOKS ON THE OUTSIDE, BUT I BELIEVE U.S. DESIGN ENGINEERS HAD TOO MUCH OF A SAY ON THE INTERIOR QUALITY. IF THERE WASN’T GOING TO BE A SPECIFIC ENGINE FOR THE Z; THE QUALITY OF THIS VEHICLE SHOULD HAVE BEEN UPPED TO MATCH ITS RIVAL–THE S2000–IN LOOKS INSIDE AND OUT.
ThE 370z (Z34) FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH AN UPDATED INTERIOR AND OTHER GOODIES, BUT FAILED IN LOOKING AS DYNAMIC AND THRILLING. THE NISMO MODEL DOESN’T LOOK AS AGGRESSIVE OR INTERESTING AS THE 350Z. I’M NOT SURE WHATS NEXT, BUT THE NEXT MODEL SHOULD BE A COMBINATION OF BOTH VEHICLES TO MAKE THE PERFECT MACHINE AS IT WAS IN THE BEGINNING. HOWEVER CHECK OUT THE UPDATE FOR THE NISMO EDITION, LOOKS MUCH MORE DYNAMIC AND THE LINES ARE MORE EMPHASIZED AS THE Z33 MODEL WERE.

LFA WEEK DAY 3: RELATIVES
WITH THE LFA OUT LEXUS MODELS HAVE STEPPED THE GAME UP! MY FAVORITE MODELS ARE THE NEW IS, GS, AND UPCOMING RC MODEL.
LEXUS GS CUSTOM MADE WITh FIVE-AXIS TUNING. I LOVE THE LOOK AND LARGE GRILLE LOOK. ALTHOUGH THIS NEW MOVEMENT SEEMS LIKE A COPY CAT FROM AUDI’s LARGER GRILLES AND LED’s! JUST SAYIN’!
IF YOU SEE THE “IS” ON THE STREET, IT LOOKS REALLY AMAZING. I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED WITH HOWIT LOOKS.
HERE IT IS THE RC MODEL, REPLACING THE SC THAT WAS DISCONTINUED. THIS IS REALLY IMPRESSIVE SINCE IT ALSO MEANS THE SUPRA MIGHT BE IN PLAY

So the NϋR package comes with its own distinct additions, but with a limited production of 50 Toyota offers other exclusive additions with this package. Such as instructional sessions on the Nurburgring itself, lodging, free entrance for a limited time, and other goods.
